The science

Traditional knowledge, modern evidence.

The active compounds interrupt sperm's ability to penetrate the egg. Sperm count, hormones, and libido are left unchanged, and the effect reverses when use stops. Our work will replicate and extend prior research to a standard the wider medical community can rely on.

Sovereign's founder has completed two exploratory proteomics studies on seminal-fluid biomarkers across structured dosing protocols, testing whether the effect documented in Indonesia shows up under modern measurement. Results are pending.

Next is proof of concept: a structured study planned for this fall or next year, with grant applications underway.

The research so far

Decades of groundwork.

Researchers at Universitas Airlangga carried this plant through Phase I and Phase II clinical trials, with strong reported results and fertility returning after use stopped. Sovereign is picking up where that work left off. We're seeking partnership with the original Indonesian research team, and welcome collaboration with all the researchers who came before us.
