Sovereign Life Sciences is a pre-seed company developing plant-based reproductive medicine — beginning with a non-hormonal, reversible contraceptive for men, and building toward a broader practice of regenerative medicine rooted in plants and the people who understand them.
Mission
Develop the world's first clinically validated plant-based male contraceptive — honouring indigenous knowledge and whole-plant integrity — while advancing sexual and relational sovereignty and a better life for all people.
Success means direct, clinically-backed contraceptive efficacy claims and mainstream adoption — bringing this to millions of men through clinical validation, sound IP, and an ethical partnership model. The longer arc builds on reproductive sovereignty as a foundation for a new paradigm of regenerative medicine: one that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science and restores humanity's relationship with the natural world as a source of wellness.

Sovereign Life Sciences.
Sovereign Life Sciences carries the research, IP, and science — scientific validation, formulation development, and the regulatory pathway. It is a BC Benefits company, structured with formal ethical commitments to stakeholders, including indigenous partners, environmental impact, and global access, alongside investor returns.
Incorporated in British Columbia in 2025 and pre-seed, with institutional laboratory partnerships and operations anchored in Canada and Costa Rica.
The founder
CSFifteen years in embodied and relational work led me to a plain conviction: the quality of our connections underwrites almost everything else, and people deserve better support here. Encountering this plant and its traditional use as a male contraceptive brought that together with a second belief — that we still have a great deal to learn from plants, and from the people who have long understood them.
Sovereign exists to carry that forward with rigour: traditional knowledge, grounded in modern science, offering people more agency in how they plan their lives.
